What conditions apply?

• All info given in first week
• Extra charged - written content proof read - extra for copy writing or proof reading
• Max of 5 Photos JPEG or GIF
• We will provide the hosting for the 1 page website for a minimum of 1 year
• Be aware that Domain name & Hosting is a returning cost. First year of webhosting is paid in the starting costs. You will receive an email before the 2nd year of webhosting starts. Each new year will be charged at $149
• The webpage (if nescessary) will be maintained by Zen WebDesign only
• The webpage remains property of Zen WebDesign until full payment
• Only 1 round of changes to the professional design of your website are included in the get started price
• Payment of $499 will occur upfront
• Any extra page will be charged afterwards at a cost of $150 per page.
• Webpage will have no offensive content
• Webpage will not have any javascript or flash - (This is possible but will be quoted on request)
• Domain name will be a .com domain name registered by Zen WebDesign (negotiable)
